Shipping & Returns

We will dispatch items within 3 working days (subject to payment method).

We are now sending larger orders via the courier service Hermes. This means that you will now be able to track your order online at their website, using the tracking number provided in your dispatch e-mail and your postcode. 
Smaller orders will continue to be sent by Royal Mail. Your dispatch e-mail will always state which delivery service is being used..

Don't forget you can click the 'Estimate Shipping' button on your shopping cart page, to find out the cost of your delivery.

Should you require guaranteed next day delivery, please let us know at and the extra cost will be advised to you.

£0        - £10.00 = £1.50
£10.01 - £30.00 = £2.50
£30.01 - £40.00 = £3.50
£40.01 - £50.00 = £4.50
£50.01               = FREE

PLEASE NOTE: due to increased postage costs a low order fee of £1.50 will be added to orders under £3.

Please allow 10 days after dispatch before contacting us about missing items. You will be sent an e-mail to say when your item has been dispatched.

Under these regulations you have the right to a "cooling off period". Under this "cooling off period" you can decide that you no longer want the item and wish to return it for a refund. This "cooling off period" ends 7 days after the day you received the item.

You must inform us by e-mail to of your decision to return the item(s). You will be asked to post the item(s) back to us at your expense and you will need to get proof of postage from the Post Office. We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Your refund will be through the same method as your payment.

Faulty Items:
All products are supplied new.
Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified to within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required. If we need the damaged or faulty item to be returned, we will reimburse the cost of return postage via 1st class post. You will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office counter.
